FEM Module II – A loving kick in the ass
The FEM training is aimed at women who are either movement teachers, coaches or facilitators (or are aiming to become one) and want to gain tools to be confident in putting their ideas out into the world.
This training connects women with their wishes and aims for the future and helps them to find their authentic voice in the world and to dare to show themselves.
Various movement and healing tools such as Acro Yoga, Hatha/ Vinyasa/ Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Singing, Breathwork and free movement will encourage the participants to feel their strength and special super power.
Beyond that they will learn what are their unique qualities and which communities will benefit from them. And how to reach them. Does that resonate with you?

8.00: morning movement
9.00: breakfast
10.00 – 13.00: morning session – movement and strength
13.00 – 15.00: lunch & break
15.00 – 18.00: afternoon session – sharing and reflection
18.00 – 20.00: dinner & break
20.00 – open end: community time to integrate
Arrival is on 8th of April between 15.00 and 18.00. The training ends on the 13th in the evening. If you have to leave early, you are welcome to do so after 6pm of the 13th (for individual arrival and departure concerns, please leave us a message).
To top it off, you will also get a 3-MONTH MENTORSHIP following each module, to integrate what you learned about yourself.
This includes monthly online coaching sessions with a mentor (Katharina, Jordis or Lotta)
