This immersion 5 day immersion is for movers who want more than a workshop—and more freedom than a traditional teacher training.

Blending the intelligence of Pilates with the play and precision of handbalancing, this experience is designed to refine your personal practice and give you the tools to understand, analyze, and teach movement with confidence.

Whether you plan to teach or simply want to embody the work more fully, this immersion meets you where you are and invites you to go deeper.

In this Immersion we will cover:

⁃ How to structure handstand classes and workshops

– Pilates as a complementary practice for handstands

⁃ mental coaching and mindset

⁃ Exercises and drills

⁃ Build confidence in your handstand practice and teaching

⁃ Anatomy of inversions

⁃ Spotting (without interfering) and working with different props

⁃ Recovery techniques and injury prevention to enjoy more time on your hands
