Step into your power! – Female Empowerment through Movement
This training is aimed at women who want to gain more self-confidence and trust, both in themselves and others. We will help you to free yourself of your own limiting beliefs.
The training connects women with their mental and physical strength. Explore curiously your-self, balance, boundaries, trust, needs through inspiring sessions of acroyoga, breathwork, dance, bodyweight training, playfight, sharings, singing and other methods.
A day could looks like this:
8:00: morning movement
10:00-13:00: morning session – movement and strength
13:00-15:00: lunch & break
15:00-18:00: afternoon session – sharing and reflection
18:00 -20:00: dinner & break
20:00 – open end: community time to integrate
Arrival day is the 31st of October and the training ends on the 6th of November after breakfast.
We offer 30-minutes discovery calls, if you are unsure, if the training fits your needs and which one to take.
To top it off, in the price you will also get a 3-MONTH MENTORSHIP following each module, to integrate what you learned about yourself.
This includes monthly online coaching sessions with a mentor (Katharina, Jordis or Lotta)
